CCL Ranch Decor accepts payments by Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card,
checks or money orders. All accepted payments are in US Dollars only.
Shipment will be made after payment by check or money order clears
the bank. (See Delivery Charges below.)

We use a secure server for credit card payments. All information is
encrypted for privacy. This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo!
hosts the store pages, the ordering system, and order data. Our store
and shopping cart are hosted on Yahoo.com secure servers, so place
your order with confidence. Yahoo! automatically collects order
information, but may only use this information in the aggregate. If you
accessed this Store through Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! also collects
information about your shopping experience. Please see the

Many of our products are custom made to order and may take up to two
weeks or longer to ship. If longer, you will be notified. We do not stock
excess products. Custom orders will be paid for before production begins
and cannot be returned. Please allow extra time for custom or mass
orders. Some customers believe that orders can be shipped and
received immediately. We do try to expedite EVERY ORDER. You may
rest assured that we are working on your order the moment it is placed.
However, once the order is placed, the payment must be processed, it
is entered in the shipping system, the item must be pulled, packed,
labeled, and shipped. Remember weekends and holidays also.

At this time we do not accept International orders.

AK, HI residents, add $12.50 to charges above. We DO NOT ship outside
of the United States. Orders shipped within the State of Oklahoma will
be charged Sales Taxes. Sales taxes for orders shipped outside the
State of Oklahoma are not withheld and are the sole responsibility of
the customer.

In-stock items ship within 3 to 10 days.

RETURNS: SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products for any reason, please email
us with any return items for shipping information within 5 days of receiving
the item (just email notification). Please return the item in the same
packaging as received within 10 days of delivery with a copy of the invoice
and a note describing the reason for the return. ALL ITEMS MUST BE
RECEIVED BY US IN GOOD CONDITION OR NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
If you are worried about damage during shipping, please insure your
package. You will be refunded by check for the purchase price of the
product in question ONLY. We do not refund shipping charges, (or
make any refunds if we are not pre-notified as stated above), but may
work with you on an exchange. We will not refund any charges if we are
not notified and the item returned within the time frame as stated above.

Damaged Items: Please notify us immediately if you received ANY item
damaged and we will be happy to replace it or offer a full refund. Please
keep original packaging if possible, for any shipping carrier damage
that may occur.

We do not accept C.O.D. After following instructions above, please ship
